Not for everyone

Pros

- decent salary - lots of resources due to scale of company - good vacation and PTO policies - flexibile WFH arrangements

Cons

- Most employees are "lifers" and have no experience outside of Target to bring to the table, very limited understanding of wider retail industry/trends - Be wary if you're a person of color or LGBTQ+, micro-agressions are very frequent. They don't mean harm but it's a company/department of mainly privileged white women from the Midwest—it will wear you down over time to witness how they handle DEI initiatives and conversations. - Things are hyper corporate, formal, and SLOW. Change/pivots come too late or not at all. Very siloed. - Have witnessed and heard stories of workplace bullying. Most teams are great but some are very toxic.
