Pros

1. Targets minimum wage is well over my states minimum wage 2. Has a pretty good management system 3. Target provides many good benefits 4. It is a positive and inclusive work environment with a good amount of break time

Cons

1. This could be something that only affects my store but in my experience the hours given are kind of all over the place i.e I'll have a closing shift and the next day a morning shift and it just keeps going back and forth sporadically. Due to this it is hard to find a work/life balance.
