Pros

Pay, tech stack, cloud/vm envs, macbooks, employee discount, company's stance on contribution back to communities, cafe.

Cons

Working heavily with off shore teams. Many layers of non-contributors who are pulling the strings (even off shore). Team members should be empowered to get their job done without someone "higher up" saying no. Ratio of managers and "architects" to people who actually get the work done. Everyone can come up with ideas, we need ideas that can be executed on....today.
