Pros
Flexibility for the most part. Staff at this particular location is nice. Direct but understanding for the most part. HR really pays attention to keeping moral up.
Cons
It can be a lot of work but that’s retail in general. Wish the pay was a bit higher. Though the staff is understanding for the most part but should give a little bit more grace to the fact that we’re told to do MANY different things in addition to the things we do that they don’t see. Other departments need to be better staffed up.
