Pros

They will help with college education called Dream to be, free 8 sessions of therapy, and free 8 sections of coaching to help development your career. Even if you work part time you have the opportunity to stay longer due to call outs, it's possible you can get full time hours due to this. You get a raise yearly.

Cons

If you do Dream to be, then you can only choose a career related to retail. Customers can be very rude/mean for no reason, can be over worked, you most likely will juggle three different jobs at once, due to call outs and how the schedule is written. During yearly reviews, you can stay for what your hired at ( base pay $15hr) or and if you do get a raise you can either get 1¢-50¢ raise.
