Can be stressful considering that Inbound does most of the work in terms of stocking the store and keeping the backroom clean.

Truck unload was every morning at 4am and no matter the size they would get mad if they didn’t have it unloaded by a certain time. Time expectations were unfitting for the team size and ability. You would think since you are having to constantly push/pull/ lift things that weight 30-100 lbs where team lifts are needed they would maybe pay you more than they do cashiers. But they don’t. Management was awful and had unrealistic expectations. I worked at one location where they illuminated my shift, I wasn’t told by my management, but by my coworker. Then they sent me to another store to keep my shift time— without offering any other solution/change in team/change in shift. Then when they reincorporated my shift at my old store they tried to get me to come back. There managers are really awful and lack communication skills.
