Pros

It allows you to train for various jobs or roles within 🎯. You can start from/as any role; inbound, Starbucks barrister, etc and climb your way up to fulfillment, Team leader.

Cons

Its a little tricky to transition though as they would want to keep you under the inbound expert role especially night shift. But if you are persistent and relentless in trying to advance your career then it’s inevitable. A lot harder to change stores once one store accepts you.

At least you are earning money.

Management is terrible, toxic, aggressive. Will blame other employees for their shortcomings.
