Started good but management changes made it hell
Pros
It started well, getting paid more than any jobs around the area. The work wasn’t too demanding and we had set off days (thursday & sunday) which were days we didn’t have a truck to unload.
Cons
We eventually started getting trucks everyday, we no longer had set off days and they would be random week to week. I went and set my own days to have off and it said they accepted but they never gave me that, they continued with the random days off. Management would show blatant favoritism towards certain people. We were told by a team member that the store director said to another team lead “Let them leave, they’re all replaceable”. There was so bad many things i could go on forever but the breaking point was management deciding to switch the shift to overnight without ever asking any of us if we could even do the shift, just completely blindsided us.
