Pros

Good at developing people and getting them on a career path they want.

Cons

Felt like a huge Fortune 500 company...because it is. All about D&I, political correctness, etc. if that is your thing. Not good or bad. Just preference.

Pros

6 weeks formal intensive training followed by weeks to months of shadowing a mentor depending on when you're officially placed at a desk. Headquarters is nice. Benefits are pretty standard but include Guild Education for paid education programs/certificates/degrees. All people at Target I've gotten to meet are very friendly and welcoming.

Cons

Systems are very unique to Target. Won't get to use or learn modern data analyst systems like powerbi, Tableau, etc for reporting. You'll definitely get problem solving practice in inventory but not software skulls that are transferable so take advantage of Guild for those skills.
