Pros

Training is extensive, but still give you hands on business experience from the start. Many mentorship opportunities Great experience managing a full business by yourself (eg. inventory purchasing and full supply chain scope of a multi-million category right out of college)

Cons

Working with multiple parties between merchandising and supply chain CFTs means multiple touch points, overworking, and pay is not worth it compared to other companies.
