Pros

Fortune 50 company with good training

Cons

Everything. The culture is absolutely toxic. If you’re young and not from MN, good luck fitting in. 99% of your experience will depend on your manager. I got unlucky and was stuck with the worst (though there are probably a lot of bad ones there considering they promote based on tenure and not merit). She had on and off sexual relations with someone on my business unit, and favored people on the team. As I mentioned, they promote based on how long you’ve been there, and not your accomplishments. In order to be promoted, or even just make a lateral move, your current boss needs to “release you”. This clearly gives an unfair advantage to outside applicants and if you start out with a horrible boss, you’re toast.
