Pros

Salary is the only positive.

Cons

Senior management enjoys giving speeches and scheduling frequent meetings. There is minimal leadership and plenty of coaching. The hours are significantly longer than what was brought up during the interview process. Operations managers at this facility have a very high turnover rate. Expectations here are unattainable. The goal of this facility is to do endless diversity, equity, and inclusion training. The absolute worst place I have ever worked.
