Pros

Friendly and very woke, if that is your thing

Cons

Focus more on running a business, not fighting inequallity. Place your people to be successful, not chasing their tail over paperwork or asking an employee that has called off 40 times, if they are going to turn over a new leaf. Also, maybe promote people based off of their accomplishments, not what race/gender/ sex category they fall into.

Pros

Great people to work with. Target is a company that will sustain itself in any economy. Target puts guests and employees as the top priority. Pay is reasonable and negotiable. You have the opportunity to be in control of your development.

Cons

The newer nodes in operation have less structure so communication is a challenge.
