3 or 4 day work week Growth opportunities/internal promotions On-the-job training

Cons

3 day shifts are 16+ hours, 4 day shifts are 13+ hours No focus on continuous improvement, just meet standard/status quo Senior management can be abrasive and micromanage High expectations without formal training plan/structure, figure it out Excessive administrative work without tools/resources

Pros

Hourly pay is competitive. I enjoyed working 4-10 hour shifts to have a 3 day weekend.

Cons

Does not promote from within if you want to advance. Morale is not the best considering the hourly pay is decent. They don't screen applicants.
