The culture and the level of accountability within this company is what drove me into target. If you’re able to hold yourself accountable, senior ops abs directors will hold their end as well. In other words, you get what you put. A lot will be expected out of you, but not without an available support.
Cons
As an ops managers, hours can be brutal sometimes. By wind of your work week, you’re ready to just pass out.
