Pros

Target pays above average, and the vacation hours are good. Work 3 or 4 days a week. If you are looking to move around, you can.

Cons

Poor leadership, including senior directors with no empathy and huge egos. Will grind you down with long hours, no rewards, and bad benefits. Only focus is prod, safety and quality are mentioned but not actually priorities. You get a good amount of vacation, but good luck taking it. Certain people are more special than others and get to take tons of time off, while others are worked like mules.
