Pros

In the store I work at, the team members and almost all the managers are nice. They congratulate u when u get a red card or get recognized for other good contributions you bring to the store. The store itself is a lot more organized than its competitors, and its a little higher class than they.

Cons

Gosh, where do I start?? The pay is awful! As operator I hold the most work. I have to do a million things at once because everything and everyone relies on me. I get the lowest pay of all. I think even the cashiers get payed more than I do. If a guest you've never dealt with complains about anything, somehow I'M to blame. Sometimes I even get in trouble for DOING my job because I'm not doing EVERYONE ELSE'S job as well. Take my advice: If you want a good paying job, with real benefits, where you get treated with respect, and where your voice is heard, dont work at Target! I've only been there 2 years and for the past 1 1/2 years I've been on the search for a better job.
