Pros

Good first job. I worked a little everywhere, so I learned a lot about everything working at target. Team leads were always supportive of school schedules. Good retail experience and the people can be a lot of fun to work with.

Cons

"Expect more, pay less" is more than just their slogan, it's also reflect in the management attitude towards employees. They are more about hiring more people to give part-time, than giving current employees full-time.

Pros

If it's not your career, its a decent job. Easy work.

Cons

Compensation sucks, management doesn't give a crap about anything except if it looks like works getting done, employee motivation is low and they skip corners in their work.
