Pros

Works with personal schedule The benefits are cool, like using the discount website for things other than Target

Cons

Take away hours, but want you to work like a machine. Politics is a major issue HR is a joke when it comes to issues in the working environment ETL's treat regular team members like they are beneath them When people from corporate or headquarters come in, they too treat regular team members like they don't exist.

Pros

Getting enough hours to qualify for healthcare, steady 36-38 hrs

Cons

Pay could be better With new Target initiative, all employees are getting the same pay whether you’ve been there 4 months or 4 years. All merit raises you achieved over the years you basically lost. Also a lot of associates got there days cut from 4 to 2 days, yet their still hiring. Not enough qualified team members scheduled to get the job done. Guests always commenting on how empty the shelves are.
