      Management was very helpful and positive to be around.

      Cons

      Low staff numbers had me running around to different areas and made the guests upset .

      Pros

      - Customer base is generally nice - Coworkers are friendly and helpful (for the most part) - You can pretty much wear (almost) anything as long as it's red and khaki.

      Cons

      - Yearly pay raises are a joke. - Team member discount is an absolute joke! (sales tax kills the discount, depending on where you are) - Company doesn't seem to promote from within (good or bad, depending on who your are), which produces ineffective management at times. - Company policies loosely enforced and "best pratices" are ill defined. - Management seems to care more about getting credit cards than company morale.
