Pros

Better pay than most retail stores nearby. Easy to move up and cross-train (learning different areas of the store). Great for high school and/or college students for extra cash.

Cons

Not consistent hours. Lazy co-workers. Messy workplace can sometimes make work miserable (but that can be everywhere).

Pros

You can build your way up and make great friends with Co workers.

Cons

The hours are typical of retail. Pay is decent but it is retail job decent.

Pros

My team and the employee discount. Full time position with benefits and paid time off. Flexible schedule with some weekends off.

Cons

The holiday hours.Low pay, never enough payroll hours. Store STL played favorites and promotions were given to the favorites not the best candidate.
