Pros

2 paid 15 minute breaks per 8 hour shift

Cons

- very, very low pay. this job usually requires / looks for a college degree, but they will pay you their starting wage, No room for negotiation, and absolutely no talk about raises or movement within company. - a lot of work is expected of you despite the ridiculous low pay - I was 26 years old with a bachelor's degree from a Big 10 university with plenty of relevant job experience. I was making the same amount as the 16-year-old high school sophomore Cart Attendant. - You have to work weekends. 2 weeks out of the month you work both saturday and sunday, and the other 2 weeks you work one weekend day.

Pros

Well-known company name. Benefits are great, especially for a retailer.

Cons

Don't complain, everything is awesome. Become a Target robot, just follow what you are told to fit into culture. Limited opportunities to move up, unless your manager approves.
