Nice break system one 15 every two hours one 30 minute lunch provided you work at least 8 hours

Cons

Supremely overworked and underappreciated You will be the only person in the department Everyone will usually always need you because they have a question (normal retail) or they need something unlocked because pretty much everything is locked up

Cons

When using the team member discount you either have to pay in cash or with the Target Red Card Not enough coverage sometimes
