Pros

Who doesnt love target? Employee discounts Mandatory breaks for non management Very diverse workers and freedom of expression, natural hair styles embraced which I enjoyed and allowed to wear wigs as long as they're within dress code. Dress code overall is pretty relaxed compared to many many other places. Professional but still allowed to be you.

Cons

Customers can be rude No flexibility in scheduling Heavy work load Customers use dressing rooms as toilets Customers use restrooms as litter box....very disturbing Khakis. It's hard to look great in that color no matter who you are or your body. Guess it's better than white pants?
