Pros

You are treated fairly well as part of the team at Target. Its an ok balance in workload and their leadership training is one of the better ones around for a college graduate.

Cons

Sometimes you can get pushed to do more than can be expected. You are dragged on to finish the 'zone' in order to leave the store clear for the next day.

Decent Company

Pros

It is a decent company and the benefits are all right for part timers if you have been there for awhile.

Cons

Besides team leader there are not very many chances for advancement in the company on the store level unless you have a bachelor's degree. They often like to leave us understaffed and expect us to complete enough work. They're also trying to downsize and get rid of management by hiring people for 'assistant' positions.

Not bad

Pros

Great Pay, hours depended on position worked. Offered a great deal of upward mobility to those who were willing to relocate.

Cons

District leadership was lacking at times. Your ability to remain in a position was limited to 18 months and relocation was a must.
