Pros

I worked for Target for 7 years and started at the very bottom as a team member and worked my way to the executive level internally. Invested a lot of time into personal and career development. People I worked with were great. Multiple opprotunities for advancement.

Cons

The medical benefits are poor compared to other companies. At times there were unrealistic expectations compared to the amount of resources available.

Pros

Their are a lot of people to work with. Their are always plenty of hours available if you need more.

Cons

Managers are for the most part unintelligent, lazy, and rude. Just because you work under one job title doesn't mean you won't get pulled by another manager to work somewhere else, and then get yelled at and lectured by your own manager for leaving your area.

Pros

It's money -- not much -- but ok for supplemental income. Company is known for style and design in merchandise.

Cons

Low pay for very boring work. Little chance for advancement. Management says their door is always open but it's only lip service. They don't care about the employees; only about moving merchandise.
