Great culture but as org gets bigger, suffering from being too bearucratic
Pros
great opportunities to move around within the company, some great young talented people, lots of opportunities to do everything from property management, marketing, finance, distribution/supply chain, financial products, stores management, building services - you name it, it's there.
Cons
- not friendly in considering flexible work arrangements like the other big retailer in town (ROWE) or job share arrangement - can be more political than it used to be with more people positioning and overtly lobbying to look good in front of others - it happens everywhere but have noticed more of this in the last 3 years - performance measurement puts people in a "Performance/Potential" grid that can be difficult to get out of a certain "label" that can inhibit advancement - likewise, a certain Leadership Profile test can stick around forever and cap your career at a certain level
