Pros

Flexible scheduling/hours and you make $15 an hour when first starting out.

Cons

They never schedule enough employees for each area, we were always understaffed which made it so I had to do multiple tasks in different areas each day. Sometimes they don't approve when you request days off.

Pros

Its not a very physically demanding job. I have the freedom to work at my own pace as long as all my tasks are complete my the end of the shift. Tasks include maintaining the sales floor, attending the fitting rooms, and helping guests find clothing items.

Cons

Hours will vary wildly depending on the time of year. From 30 a week in December to 12 in April. Corporate allocates an arbitrary number of the hours for each location based on metrics. The team leads can't schedule more payroll than what the store is allowed, so even they end up having to get second jobs when the hour are too few.
