      Pros

      The team members I get to work with make the job worth my while. requested time off is respected and I manage having good relationships with the customers.

      Cons

      Hours aren't guaranteed and communication can be difficult from time to time. the app used to clock in and out, request off, update sales and what not isn't dependable.
