Pros

Innovative. This company is always trying new things to make their stores better and better. Fast-paced. Rarely will you be bored if you actually do your job. Great atmosphere. The team vibe is really fantastic. Everyone works together. Recognition. If you do great things, they will tell you they appreciate it. Accepting! They do not discriminate for any attribute including tattoos and piercings.

Cons

Hard to advance. Management seems to prefer outside applicants rather than hard working team members that have been at the store for a while. High turn-over rate. Probably because of the reason above, my store had about a 75% turn-over rate. Easily fixable if they would focus on training and development. Laziness. Not everyone is there to do their job, probably half the team will just be there to collect a paycheck and skate by.
