1) openness 2) No pressure, if you are sincerely hard working. 3) exposure to constant learning. 4) Good facilities
Cons
If you wish to have long term relationship with TCS BPO then its a perfect place to be. when I say long term i mean atleast 4-5 years. But brace yourself for the fact that you will feel lost in the middle, suddenly realise that I should have been somewherelse doing something better etc.Especially, in the name of cost cutting they bring pretty odd things in place.& growth & salary hike is very very slow as per what I felt. Although I learnt a lot in the process for which i was working, but in the end it was like no matter how much you do it sincerely, it will come back to you in a wrong way all the time.
