      Good for freshers to work on contract for large companies

      Cons

      It is mainly a body shop. So after project lead level the only option is to get into sales and marketing.

      Only good thing was very good people with which I worked. Fun at work activities. Lots of vacations. Good team to work with.

      Cons

      Very bad company in terms of compensation. No transparency is maintained in any of the policy decisions. Senior management does not care about others.
