Multi Technology, domain opportunities exist Well defined governance processes Knowledge sharing culture does exist onsite options are good . . join as a lateral to get good competitive package
Cons
Lack of transparency in appraisal Lack of transparency in promotion.. only talks about innovation, ryp & all blah blah.. HR's treating core employees as commodities.. after initial 2 years either get an onsite or quit the company or else you'll end-up becoming average laterals at same grade or experience level earn upto double than the existing employees who joined as a fresher or are serving since long..
