work-life balance, this is the place if you want to just chill and not grow in your life

Cons

Has no vision at all, Higher management is very poor, HR Leader will make fake promises while hiring but the reality is something else, if you aspire to learn and grow then this is not the place. People who stay here only can survive through buttering.
