      Pros

      Work environment is very good. Ethics are valued highly. Organizational culture is very positive. Growth opportunities are available. Employee focus is high.

      Cons

      It is bureaucratic sometimes. Also, in last few years the culture has changed a lot. Previously there used to be lot of weightage of experience within the group, but now it is not so. Preference is given to outsiders with relevant functional experience.
