      Traditional business with all the pros and cons

      Pros

      Strong history and values, colleagues with the same. Business acts honestly and ethical and is respected. Many different companies, so possibility to shift to another.

      Cons

      Can be very bureaucratic and hierarchical, slow to take decisions. Management can be secretive. Think everything is excellent just because it's Tata.

      Pros

      the benefits are good benefits, 3 weeks of vacation to start, both HSA & FSA, and 5% match on 401K.

      Cons

      isolated The company HQ is in India. The Herndon office is small and 1/2 the people work remote and communication is lacking.

      One of the biggest multinational company based in India. Great work culture and very decent career growth.Very vibrant work culture

      Cons

      Sometimes mangers are bit too​ rude ,and quite a bit of problem to be honest.They sometimes become headache to new recruits
