      Engineering managers very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to spend time with you, Production crews very knowledgeable about there lines and processes. good organisation, always help if needed.

      Cons

      Some Craft Lazy and will leave work on and if you don't do it your threatened with disciplinary action. not on really. shift pattern was crazy and your left with no life outside of work.
