      - Good Benefits - Decent salary(if staying in Ohio) - Good coworkers - Available certification programs

      Cons

      - Bonuses and raises are way too low - Too much overtime - Difficult to enter in an interesting project - Hard to get a higher position - Too many relocations - A lot of wasted time waiting to be deployed for projects
