Absolute No for Women and professionals working in US for long- local hires.The US subsidiary of Tata is not diversified at all. Mostly the employees are on work visas and at the mercy of their managers. If you are a local hire -US then you are not sure when your employment will get terminated. For women who might start a family, this employer has no policies such as maternity leave. If you are pregnant, they will move you from one project to the other. The managers here call maternity leave as vacation and will not include you in long term projects. They terminate employment once you are back from maternity leave and in within two weeks terminate your employment with no notice at all. Of course it's illegal but they don't follow employment equalities law. Not a fair place to work!
