They hire you saying you will be serving for Tata Communications Ltd, and later inform you that you will be part of TCPSL (Tata Communications Payment Solutions Ltd (Which is a subsidiary organization of TCL)). In TCPSL no matter what your core experience is and your basic designation is, they will ask you to work with the team they want. Procurement person assists to CA ,Finance this can happen only in TCPSL. At the time of performance bonus they gives hardly 60-70% of total performance bonus saying that there is nothing much you did. Higher management people takes lots of work in their pocket (not necessarily belongs to his dept.) and get it done from juniors who belong to any dept. and they show to management that how consumed they are. If you are not Seniors favourite, when you move out they dont give you performance bonus of that year saying that you moved out before March. It can only be given to people who got good connections with seniors though they moved out before March. When you resign, your manager ask you to get new people for interview, fill the place and then only you can leave, even though you are paying a certain amount as a penalty for serving less notice period.
