      Pros

      Joined as a fresher.If we perform well we can get into good projects and learn a lot. We will also have job security unless we cannott get into any projects

      NOT EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY ,Very strict policies when compared to other companies,Less salary,Even if we work overnight still no comp off,Company does not provide good infrastructure required for the project(Not always)

      Good starts for freshers

      Pros

      Its good for freshers to have good knowledge in differnet technolgies in the training and good atmoshphere to work with the team and josh activities which is the best part of the techm to enjoyment with work

      Cons

      Personally its all about the project where you work in. I fill project allocation should be done on education basis. Its not good idea to put it people in monitoring task and electric people in development. Its degrading the study.
