Pros
Its good for freshers to have good knowledge in differnet technolgies in the training and good atmoshphere to work with the team and josh activities which is the best part of the techm to enjoyment with work
Cons
Personally its all about the project where you work in. I fill project allocation should be done on education basis. Its not good idea to put it people in monitoring task and electric people in development. Its degrading the study.
