      They dont care what you are good at, all they care about is business Even if you are highly talented in programming and requirement for support opens up you will be put into that and your plea for a good project will fall on deaf ears Poor compensation compared to other MNCs

      One massive pro for the company is that they aren't afraid to hire new graduates with no experience and train them into professionals.

      Cons

      - Company culture is not very diverse (mostly East Indian employees, including myself) - Pay is not competitive, it's lower than the market average.
