      Only pros to get the salary on time or before salary date.

      Cons

      Everything is cons, you will never get the discussed inhand salary in any month, Promotions are on basis of favoritism, providing appraisals of 1% to 2% in a year by saying your process is not getting enough billing from clients, Managers are main leads of politics in process, everone is pulling legs of crabs, if you are doing good in process.

      Job security is almost nonexistent - layoffs can happen anytime, even when the company is doing well. The work culture is toxic, with frequent POSH-related issues that are often brushed under the carpet. There's no real respect for employees, and recognition or rewards are practically unheard of. Leadership is filled with people who lack integrity and empathy, and most managers are indifferent to employee concerns - their only priority is getting their work done, no matter the cost to the team.
