Pros
This is great if you want to learn diverse tech tools for better CV in your next IT chapter, but you will get low compensation with almost not benefits. Still, you will get medical insurance and life insurance, but that's about it. You will need to spend lots of extra hours in order to make a decent salary, before IRS deduction.
Cons
Bad leadership, a lot of harassment and almost never receive recognition for the good work. No growth opportunity unless a manager or leader leaves the company, but this rarely occur.
