      Good benefit package. Great bonus opportunities. Advancement is another matter, as it seems the team is more important than the person.

      Cons

      Hard to advance in a regular basis. Peer reviews take some time to get recorded, which is a huge pain

      Cons

      Micro management, 2 weeks vacation, 2 sick days, medical not that good.
