      Pros

      Techmahindra is average organization to survive if you don't want to learn more across IT Industry or don't want to enhance your skills and only want a monthly salary like government offices then techmahindra is right place for you.

      Cons

      Lots of downsides, HR management and higher operations management lacking capabilites, they spend whole day watching news and political discussions.. Don't poses technical and ethical skills

      Pros

      Very few. Nice people in the teams on the floor. Training was good.

      Cons

      Managment terrible. No info given out. It's all secrets. You can only get on if you are in with the right people. They have 'rise' values they don't even know never mind live up to. Everyone thought the new managers would change it but it is worse not better then it was. They keep breaking promises.
