      Employees are well intentioned and smart.

      Cons

      Very difficult company in which to acclimate. Orientation is non existent and administration response is slow or non-existent. Too many chiefs and not enough indians.

      Pros

      Nice words from recruiters. Never will let you doubt their intensions. At the beginning you will get Letter of intent, study materials and false information about joining.

      Cons

      Will say that they are postponing their process, then for about a year neither will they not contact you nor you will get any answer from them. Then suddenly they will eliminate you based on a suddenly announced exam.
