1. Company does not provide professional growth though they may have some useless online training material 2. Lack of competencies though they may have too many slides to talk about it 3. The management is just interested in selling your body than building professionalism or building projects 4. Their project delivery is pathetic when it comes to quality and timeliness of deliverable 5. Hardly any increase in your salary or any compensation 6. Worst Human Resource Management in the world ; they have no clue as to what is going on 7. No management support 8. No progress and waste to stick around Not worth joining unless someone does not have job but just use the company as stop gap arrangement; remember most of these body shopping companies in Canada hire you full time and sell you to the client and once the client does not renew , they will ditch you

This company doesn't have a stability in IT industry. It cannot handle pressure in harsh times and suddenly start sacking employees without valuing their contribution towards the organization.
