      Maybe good for people working in telecom domain

      Cons

      No Salary corrections for old employees, very poor appraisals. No facilities. Management doesn't respect anybody. HR and admin departments are crap.

      There are no Pros if you are recruited in US.

      Cons

      Poor salary. All training activities only in India and online at unearthly hours or on weekend for which there is no compensation. Do not join these company

      Flat hierarchy but very offshore reliant. Lack of reliable talent pool to meet demands of the current digital age.

      Pros

      The bright can shine and rise up quickly. Superiors are supportive of ideas and willing to support initiatives. Flat organisation structure.

      Cons

      If you are good you end up shouldering a lot of responsibility. Quality of talent pool is very weak and there seems to be a general lack of strategic thinking.
